I re-imaged my server to Alma8 then installed the interchange and strap 
rpms and I still get this same error from makecat :(

I will see if AI can help me narrow the issue but it seems odd. Maybe 
this is some quirk of Alma Linux and I should try Rocky or something?

Any thoughts are welcome
