[ic] Integrate with the free Tax Cloud

Has anyone integrated with this service:

Seems like it could be fairly easy, and it's free. It's full tax 
calculation, but only partial filing (state by state). I know their website 
looks lame, but I've known about them at least for 1 year, and they are 
still going.

Anybody have any work done already? Anybody interested in pooling funds? A 
Dev Group member will be doing the work.
