[ic] Detect Quantity Discount?

I've been able to do this a little bit with some [calc] math and this tag:

[price code=[item-sku] quantity=[item-quantity] noformat=1]

Here's the problem I have now though.  Discount groups - how can I tell what
a product's price should be taking its discount group into account?
