[ic] Showing thumbnails while browsing categories

I'm trying (ha!) to create an Interchange store using the foundation demo.  
In the demo, if you click on a category, it will display all items found, 
each with a thumbnail of it.

However, when I upload my product.txt spreadsheet, I only see a list of 
items without the thumbnails.  I have all the thumbnails on the server and 
entered into the spreadsheet so it is all the same as the demo.

Can anyone explain why?!  Or where to look?  Thanks.
