[ic] Changing demo basket to NOLEFT

Hi,

I have most of a catalog working. Since it is not complex, I 
elected to use the NOLEFT region and suppress the display of 
the various categories and the search box. All of the pages 
are working with NOLEFT except the ord/basket.html page.

On that page, selecting NOLEFT causes the current basket to 
not display, while selecting any other region will display 
the basket.

I've tried using the UI to make the change and made the change 
manually, but get the same results.

Does anyone have an idea why this is so, and what I might do 
about it?
