[ic] Admin UI tables

Hello all,

	I'm in the middle of a move of a conversion from  MV 3.0.4 site to IC 4.7.6
Everything seems to be going along OK, a few more problems that I counted 
on though, I have a few questions.

Setup:
RaQXTR
IC 4.7.6 using GDBM database

1)  For some reason, while in the Admin UI, it doesn't show any of the 
tables under Admin->Info, or Admin->Tables.  Is there a mv_metadata entry 
or something that I'm missing?  No error messages are logged to <catalog> 
error.log, <interchange> error.log, or /tmp/icdebug.

2)  Has anyone written utils to say convert a mv3.x userdb to a ic userdb?
