[ic] Dead Payment Options appears again !

 Hi all !

 In page "account.html" exists a option about
 the payment method.

 The original source is:
 
[display type=select table=userdb
 column=fax_order key="[data session username]"]


 The doubt is:

 Why when a user will create a new account (for
 the first time), this options displays 3
 methods: Credit Card, Fax or Mail, COD and
 Purchase Order ?

 Note: I disable all the methods above. The
 unique method that I maintain is Purchase Order.

 In this case, why to appear all the others
 methods, that I was disable ?
