I don't think I understand what you're saying here. What do you mean by

What do you mean by 'not using the right tool(s) or the right scope'? I
don't think that not having docs for a tag is strictly considered a
'bug' so maybe we are misunderstanding each other. One of the ways that
I decide whether I have to write my own function to do something or
whether I can use an IML tag is to browse through the tags looking for
stuff that I want. Similarly, while I'm browsing I often come across
tags that will help me later on, or that let me know that IC supports
some useful feature. I think a number of other programmers work in a
similar way. But it's impossible to do this with the current setup, and
that's really annoying and greatly increases IC's learning curve.
