[ic] Creating Sub-Categories

Can anyone help me, I am trying to create Sub-Categories using the
Layout Editor in InterChange.

What I want to do is have four parent categories named GENUS A-F, G-L,
M-S and T-Z. When a specific category is selected it brings up its
sub-categories for example GENUS A-F would look a little like this:

GENUS A-F
-          ACACIA
-          CALLISTEMON
-          CALOTHAMNUS
-          DAVIESIA
-          Etc
=20
Is there anyway to set up sub-categories using the Layout Editor? If so,
how??

The GENUS A-F and their sub-categories must update in the left
navigation bar.
