[ic] images not there? what

When I get on interchange through http://localhost/cgi-bin/sam I get all the
images coming through on the pages.

However when I go to http://24.66.167.196/cgi-bin/sam in a browser I get no
images on the pages. I get the properties of the image and its the
following.

http://24.66.167.196/sam/images/foundation//logo.gif

my images folder is in my html/sam/images/foundation

I can't figure out what's wrong can anyone help???
