[ic] Credit Card Details Request on ord/checkout.html when it should ask for as PO Number

Hi!

We only accept Puchase Orders at present yet when I call the checkout page
in the browser it asks for credit card details. Yet in the payment method
box it states "Company PO".

If you hit recalculate it displays the PO Number box as it should.

My tables show that no options other than PO's are accepted, so why should
it call the credit card information part of the script when clearly it
should not.

Any help appreciated otherwise Ill delete the code relating to payment
options and default to the PO option.
