[ic] small 'time' question

Hi all,

I have the correct time in my server (in TX = CST)  
for example right now = 

[root@ensim /root]# date
Thu Mar 21 11:27:30 CST 2002
[root@ensim /root]#

However in the shopping cart it says:
21 March 2002 17:28:59 
.. and when Im getting orders it adds the 'UTC' to the time.  All other
applications are using the correct time, but IC says this.  What
configuration do I need to change for IC to pick up the current server
time instead of the UTC format?
