Do you need the same background image in the aboutus page only or in all pages?

Have a look at regions:
LEFTONLY_TOP, LEFTRIGHT_TOP, and NOLEFT_TOP
in the <YOUR CATALOG DIR>/templates/foundation/regions directory

Just add the background attribute to the body tag.

If you want a different background image for each page, or you want it to be
configurable, you could add

background="[scratch my_bg_image]"
  to the body tag and edit templates: leftonly, leftright, noleft in directory:
<YOUR CATALOG DIR>/templates

E.g. add

my_bg_image:
         description: Background Image

to the regions.
