[ic] Removing IC?

In hopes of fixing some of the problems I'm having with the IC foundation
store DB problems I'm having (fatal error when loading products database -no
'description' column -but there is) I've uninstalled the foundation and
foundation-demo RPMs. Now however I cannot reinstall the demo RPM because of
the leftover directory structure. Being one of the unwashed, is there
another way to reinstall the RPM, or what do I need to do to delete the
original installation directory structures?
