[ic] Catalog configure fails

I have been playing around with Interchange a little and decided I will try to 
rebuild my web site(currently ZOPE)
Interchange 4.8.3 on RedHat 7.0 worked without a problem. I upgraded to RedHat 
7.3 and Interchange 4.8.5 and I can not get it working. After I ran makecat 
(without any problems) I start Interchange and it fails to build the catalog.
Here is the junk I get:
