ok, i looked in the directory /usr/lib and there is a folder called 
interchange. In the interchange folder there is a subfolder called foundation 
which is the name of the ic store. the foundation folder has the following 
subfolders

/usr/lib/interchange
    /foundation
        backup
        config
        dbconf
        etc
        images
        logs
        pages
        products
        session
        special_pages
        templates
        tmp
        upload
this I think is the interchange directory, which folder should contain the 
.gnupg for the keys if the website is 
http://www.mywebsite.com/cgi-bin/foundation/index.html ?
