[ic] Processing Credit Card Offline

We are setting up a client with interchange and need to provide a plain txt
doc. with the credit card information.  It appears that the credit card info
that interchange provides is only the encrypted credit card. How do we get a
text version of the credit card number to send to our client for the order.
