[ic] Setting correct timestamp

Hallo list, 

Does anyone know how to get the correct timestamp for the order 
transactions.
I would like the time adjusted to local time and not using the time from the 
server.
I have set the postgresql runtime variable to the correct time zone, and if 
I do a "select current_timestamp as today;" postgresql gives the correct 
local time, but Interchange still update the transaction table with the 
local time of the server. 

Any suggestions please.
