[ic] Admin Tool Help - Sorting & Categories

Hello,

I am a new user and doing my best to learn.  In the meantime I am just 
building on top of construct.  How can I change the way it lists 
products when you open a category?  I really need it to sort this data 
by Product Name only, but I can't seem to find out how.  

Also,

Is there a way to create multiple subcategories under your main 
categories?

For Example:

Main Category 1
   Sub Category A
      Sub Category A1
            Products
      Sub Category A2
            Products  
      Sub Category B1
Main Category 2

etc...
