[ic] Tax percent

I want to calculate vat diffently, based on the country.
Denmark, 25% Faroe Islands and Greenland no vat.
This can be (partly) done if I set the tax system to country or multi.
It will correct calculate the vat for the whole order. But I can't find the 
amount for each line or the percent that is used.
__TAXRATE__ is always 25, even if I choose one of the other countries.
fly_tax is always zero.
How can I calculate the price per order line. I would like to find a 
variable that I also can use to calculate the item price in e.g. flypage. 

I thought that I solved this before, but I must've been mistaken. My old 
solution uses __TAXRATE__, and it doesn't change when I choose another 
country.
