[ic] IC-4.9.4 Upgradation Problem

Hi all,

I tried to upgrade the Interchange-4.8.6 to Interchange-4.9.4

The installation was successfull but when I try to restart the
interchange server

its giving me the following error output.

"bash: /root/.bashrc: Permission denied
The Interchange server was not running
(/usr/local/interchange/etc/interchange.pid).
Sending debug to /tmp/icdebug.
RPC traffic settings.
Calling UI......UI is loaded...
UserTag bar_button scalar parameter PosNumber redefined.
In line 2 of the configuration file 'usertag/bar_button.tag':


Duplicate usertag bar_button found
In line 15 of the configuration file 'usertag/bar_button.tag':

What could be the problem Please help me out.
