[ic] Cobalt Raq Install

I am sure this question as been asked many time, but doest anyone know how
to install Interchange on a Cobalt Raq3 without killing the machine. My
question maybe wrong, I have installed interchange many time on my raq, or
so I thought, but it just doesn't work.

Again any help here would really help out a lot of user on this list.
