[ic] Problem with BoA module

I have followed the instructions laid out by Boa.pm to make the module work but 
when I do a test order I always recive the following error:

(boa): Charge operation 'boa' failed. 

I am using Interchange 4.84 and I have a valid boa merchant account. 

I set up the variables like BoA.pm says to and still I get this error.. I hope 
someone has an answer for this cause I'm stumped and the site goes live in a 
week.
