Yes it does setup Inventory for you, you can even specify the cogs_account 
in IC to be used with QB.  The only details about the Quickbooks extension 
are in the extensions/quickbooks directory itself (and looking at the code, 
of course).  QB does have some more or less good documention on the IIF 
format in Help.
