[ic] Affiliate shipping/pricing mode

How can I setup a mode for shipping through an affiliate?  The main company
does not charge for shipping to their clients, but want to setup a handling
fee and/or shipping USPS for the affiliate's clients.
And how do I setup the "buy now" link from the affiliates web site.  I have
access to the database so I just use the already existing products on the
affiliates site.
