The "time duration" syntax of the "adjust" parameter, such as "-7 days",
is an Interchange 4.9+ feature.  If you are using 4.8 or earlier then
the "adjust" parameter must be specified in hours, with an optional "00"
suffix ("-1" and "-0100" both mean "current time minus one hour").

The following will work with 4.8 and will continue to work with 5.0 when
you upgrade in the future:

    [time adjust="-168"]%Y%m%d[/time]
