[ic] Thanks from New person - with shipping question...shipping by price - how to config?
Hello,
I'm trying to do a similar thing and found this very useful. However,
I've noticed that though I've set mv_shipmode with default value of
FLATD in catalog.cfg (and DefaultShipping as well), if I click on
checkout without logging in, the mv_shipmode is null. Also, I've rigged
account.html to have the mv_shipmode set hidden from view because it
defaults to null as well. I guess this wouldn't be necessary if onlyl
DefaultShipping took hold. ;-)
Did I miss something? Looking at preferences tab, it shows FLATD as
default SHIP_DEFAULT_MODE. It's just not being applied to mv_shipmode
during an anonymous session (or as default during logged in).
Thanks. :-)
Ciao ?:-)

It should work; you might want to verify that FLATD is actually being
used
on the checkout page (put shipmode: [value mv_shipmode] just above the
shipping selector and see what it returns). You have no shipping rate
between $80 and $9999999, by the way. You might want to fill that gap.
