First, read through the docs a little,
learn to 'grep', then, knowing html:

Edit /CATROOT/pages/* to your liking

And don't forget to edit these as you need to:

/CATROOT/templates/foundation/regions/* and

/CATROOT/templates/components/*

Also, you will like this:
/CATROOT/templates/foundation/theme.cfg (don't forget to 'Apply
Changes')

Have a look at the code that goes along with the existing button in
the foundation catalog.
