Use a LogFormat like that in your Apache configuration: 

LogFormat "%h %l %u %t \"%r\" %>s %b \"%{Referer}i\" \"%{User-Agent}i\" %T 
%v \"%{X-Track}o\"" full 

and watch your access log files.
