You _may_ have scored a hat-trick :)

The routeUK contains
        email             'mmB2C@Midwest_Microwave.ltk.uk'
        MailOrderTo       'mmB2C@Midwest_Microwave.com'

I think they both set the same variable, so the second one will win.
Try making this one .ltd.uk (as well as correcting the domain to remove
the underscore).

Obvious thing to check, but have you applied the changes after changing
the routes?
