    Although you may have paid for hosting and your ISP paid for CPanel,
interchange was provided free to both parties.  You are in the support area
for a free piece of software in which people provide support out of the
kindness of their heart.  Since there is a flow of money between you and
your ISP and between your ISP and the CPanel people, that is where your
support issue resides.
