QUESTION

HI.

Problem:When customers are not logged in and they are checking out then 
there is no shippingmethods displayed. I wil that when customers put in
the 
zipcode that then the page will refreshed.

but this is not working. do you have a idea? also when customers choose
the 
state the taxrate are not displayed. do you or somebody else an idea?

ANSWER or MORE QUESTIONS

Did you put the refresh code in the shipping address area of
checkout.html or the billing area?

Also is the correct tax rate set for the state(s) in the state table?
