[ic] Change from #TEST0003 to real orders

Hi,

How do you change (when you start commercial use) the numbering of orders??

I do not want to use #TESTxxxx anymore.. for example just numbers..
#xxxxxx...
It's a little weird if customer gets order no.: TEST0001 :)
