Yes, actually I had but I had also removed all of the ability to modify
the 'account' information from the checkout page, so I suspect that is
part of the reason it wasn't effective. Additionally, I have another
section for RFQ's where the standard order processing wasn't used, so it
appears in both cases I created my own little problem...
