YES I CAN. The wizard is broken. You'll have to go into
Administration -->shipping and set the extra shipping charge (oddly it is
not called handeling charge.... but it is the same thing...) for each
shipping option...
Just ignore the wizard item and move on - you'll have to fix it later.
Follow my earlier shipping posts for additional shipping problems... I also
can't get FEDEx options to show up even though they are selected in the
shipping tables.
