the card number is 16 characters as opposed to the current 19 characters.

I have managed to get my catalogue to switch over to sterling prices except
we are getting in the format

19.99=A3

my locale line reads:
Locale en_GB LC_CTYPE C

I assume the 'LC_CTYPE C' has something to do with this?
