[ic] UK localization

I am in the process of configuring my web store to run a UK & Euro
catalogue.
Primarily i would like to get everything working on a UK (=A3) base first and
then tackle the Euro issue after this.
I have found from the archive that i need to modify:

catalog.cfg=20

# Last locale specified is the default.
#Locale          en_UK LC_CTYPE C
Locale             en_GB
LocaleDatabase  locale

and=20
locale.txt

where i have added the en_GB column as suggested by Jonathan Clark

I restarted the IC server but we are still in US $. Can someone kindly poin=

out what i may have done wrong/ documentation.
