[ic] Oops, Wrong Group.. Bug In ship_notice ??

Sent to wrong group, sorry.

Is this a bug ?   In etc/ship_notice there is the following line

Shipping Method: [shipping-desc [loop-data transactions shipmode]]

But Shipping Method:  in email is blank.

Change to

Shipping Method: [loop-data transactions shipmode]

And it works fine.  Is that a bug or am I missing something ?
