Hi All,

Each time I restart the Interchange server using
'bin/ic486/bin/interchange restart' the permissions on
bin/ic486/etc/socket are reset to 600.  Only after I
do a 'chmod 666 bin/ic486/etc/socket' does the site
work.  Why do the permissions keep reverting to 600
when the daemon is restarted?
