[ic] Installing Interchange from a ISP

Has anyone ever installed interchange from an ISP?

When Interchange was installed by the ISP was a directory created with
the username you were logged in as under the catalog directory?  As a
result was your URL for the shopping cart was something like :

http://www.domain.com/~username/cgi-bin/cart.cgi

it should be:

http://www.domain.com/cgi-bin/cart.cgi

If some who installed interchange from an ISP and had this problem
please reply.
