ok done that. There is already a user on the system for interch:
kiop# grep interch /etc/passwd
interch:*:4000:4000:mike karthauser:/home/interch:/usr/local/bin/zsh

This port needs a specific user account ('interch') at configure time.
If it is ok for you to add a new user at configure time of this port
add '-DCHECK_FOR_IC_USER' as an option for 'make'.
*** Error code 1
so I
kiop# make -DCHECK_FOR_IC_USER

kiop# make test

kiop# make install

If so, you may wish to ``make deinstall'' and install
this port again by ``make reinstall'' to upgrade it properly.
If you really wish to overwrite the old port of p5-Test-Simple-0.47
without deleting it first, set the variable "FORCE_PKG_REGISTER"
in your environment or the "make install" command line.
*** Error code 1

*** Error code 1
