[ic] Update! Making vert. categoryheadings clickable?

I'd like to make the vertical category headings (ic Foundation-based
catalog, 4.8.6) clickable hyperlinks to descriptive pages WIthout having
them turn yellow and onMousover get underlined. Is there an easy,
don't-have-to-be-a-coder way to do this? I have looked through the list
archives (though I get errors when searching them from the icdevgroup site)
and haven't come across this exact question before.

I've also looked at the templates/components/category_vertical but haven't
seen anything that helps *me* there.

Any tips or pointers would be much appreciated!
