[ic] Multiple copies of the same category has been created

Hi all,

Strange thing happened, Interchange has divided up my products into several
seperate categories which all bear the same name. For example, under my
category named "Highchairs", all of my highchairs are divided up into
several different highchair categories, all bearing the same name. When I
went into admin to inspect, highchairs is only listed once in the "cat"
tables area. There should only be one and for some reason the storefront is
displaying several. Any suggestions? Did I make my problem clear?
