[ic] Credit Card Encryption Problems

I'm having a problem about every 30 or so errors where
credit card shows up as "O".

error Log says:
 
/cgi-bin/nsm/process.html PGP failed with status 3072:

the pgp .error file in /tmp says:
 
gpg: Warning: using insecure memory!
 
I've noted there is not a one to one relationship with
the number of pgp files in tmp vs the number of orders
IC takes.  Meaning, I would expect for each order,
there should be an .err and .out file in /tmp.  There
isn't, and I'm not sure why. 
 
I've seen simlar problems like this on the list, but
no solution.
