    Are the odds really that great that either a potential client is going
to steal your code in lieu of contracting your services or that a competitor
is going to steal your code and successfully sell it to clients you were
soliciting?  Doubtful.  Will your encryption be easily circumventable?  Of
course.  The whole proposition is a fool's exercise and anyone who does real
interchange development would recognize that.
