[ic] Encrypting IC pages on server?

I am certainly not a copyright lawyer, however, I would suggest that you
either read or re-read section 2 of the GPL. Though independent works are
not within the scope of the license, simply makeing modifications to
Interpolate.pm and then redisributing with out your changes I don't think is
the intent. It is at least worth a look I would venture, best not to find
your self suddenly one of those "odd questionable clients"....
