[ic] Encrypting IC pages on server?

I have a requirement that some of my IC pages need to be encrypted
on my IC server.

First thought was to create a usertag that allows me to create a
page ...say ... index.html:

   [include_encrypt sensitive/index.html]

where the new tag would decrypt and interpolate the page.

Is this a sound approach, or might there be a better way of
accomplishing this?
