Hi: I am trying to run interchange 4.8.5 on windows XP and get the following message when requesting a web page: We are sorry, but the Interchange server is unavailable due to a system error. Could not open socket: Operation not permitted (1) Am I missing some module or is it a windows configuration problem. Can any body help me with this problem. Thank You Chaim Klar
