[ic] Interchange on FreebSD 4.7

Hi
I am rather new to Interchange
and 
I have got installed Interchange 4.8 on FreeBSD 4.7
I also installed the foundation example.
But I have got the Following problems:
1. In Admin all icons are missing
2. In apache (1.3.27)errorlog  i see something like:
Premature end of script headers. I think this is a problem with Interchange as 
it is the cgi script interchange installed :-(
