Just uncomment it! From the admin UI you can choose what types of 
payments to accept... postal billing and credit card are options (PayPal 
has been discussed at length in the archives). The credit card info is 
emailed to you (encrypted) and you can manually process it. Maybe I 
misunderstood soemthing ???
